“This is required and greatly appreciated post COVID. COVID / isolation did a lot of damage to our mental, physical and emotional health.

I love how it was a book and journal/workbook.  I honestly believe that it can be used by individuals,  therapists/ counselors, classroom resource material etc.

It's amazing how little we understand ourselves. Book was informational,  educational,  & inspirational.

I have a new found understanding and appreciation for Shadow Work. It took me back to my childhood, how I was socialized, events that were traumatizing , helped me to identify triggers. To be honest, it required deep introspection and self work.

My most favourite chapters - mindfulness,  types of meditation and self acceptance & self love. Hats off to those chapters!!!!

I am sure the different tools, suggestions etc... will help many persons.

I hope there will be a good audio version with a calming voice.  Lol. This would help!!!"
